Great value for money! Well-located hotel near to shopping malls and public transport. Friendly and helpful staff, and excellent attention to room cleanliness. We enjoyed a continental breakfast and the pool area was a nice surprise. Calm and relaxing atmosphere perfect for a comfortable stay.

Very conveniently situated for access to the main shopping facilities on Orchard Road. A taxi rank outside the entrance. MRT station within 100 metres. All variety of eating places in abundance in all directions....

Additional charge (S$8-00) for use of washing machine & dryer. Breakfast in the lobby area was a bit of a scrummage & eating one's cereals in an easy chair from a small coffee table isn't the most comfortable way to start the day!

We loved the hotel's convenient location right next to the shopping malls, making it easy for us to shop and explore this busy city. The hotel is also close to public transport, such as the MRT station, allowing us to travel to other parts of the city easily. Additionally, we appreciated the cleanliness and excellent hotel facilities, including a nice pool area. Lastly, the staff was amazing, providing friendly service and ensuring that our room was cleaned while we were out exploring.

Orchard Park Suites I would not recommend to anyone. Total rip off. Management very poor. Did not have facilities in room that had advertised. Would not discount or change room. Plus a leaking, stinking, blocked sink. Gas ran out. Poor service by management.

it's close to shopping centre, in the heart of Orchard road, and near to taxi stand. The room is clean, comfy, service is good, and we can cook inside. Good service.

It has the perfect location with great access to the subway transportation as well as downtown. Clean spacious rooms with very good amenities. Helpful staff.

I had an exceptional stay at a conveniently located hotel with great services. The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. The breakfast spread was wonderful and the room was well-equipped and spacious. The staff service levels were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and exceptional service.

Very well located. Nice staff. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient for a family holiday in Singapore- children are aged 9, 13 and 14.

However, we lived for seven days/nights with a dehumidifier in our room - it was very noisy and we had to constantly empty the container which got full of water frequently, but without it, the room smelt very badly from dampness - giving a very musty odour. We are not ones to complain and didn't at the time, but in hindsight, I feel I must let you know - if my children had been that much younger and suffered from asthma (as they all did when they were little), we would have asked to move apartment! Should we return to Orchard Parksuites upon our next visit to Singapore, I would wish to insist on a room that didn't smell of dampness for a whole week!!!

The location of the Park suites is great . it is located in the famous shopping road in Singapore “Orchard street” . In addition , it is very near to wisma & ion big malls (walking distance) . It is also near to all restaurants & coffee shops and to the mrt . It also contain a very good swimming pool The staff are very friendly & cooperative.

I checked in on 16th of June (Saturday night ) and I was shocked with the room cleaning level . Hence, there were a lot of insects inside the water sinks & I have contacted the front desk immediately to change my room or clean this mess but I was told that the hotel/apartments are fully booked & they are not providing a room service during weekend (Saturday & Sunday) . I had to manage the situation for two days till the best control showed up on Monday after that everything was O.K. The other annoying thing is the room service . Hence, it is not available during weekend to make up the room . Also , there were no breakfasts during the week ends . The TV channels is another area that needs a special attention . There are no much channels for residence to enjoy or look at !! even for the kids , it is very limited & very annoying . Also , every request you ask for , you have to pay for it ! (Additional sheets , extra bed for 7 years old kid , additional sleepers , bath cover “Robe”) . they also don’t change the tooth brushes or sleepers if they come to make up your room .

We had a lovely romantic escape with my significant other. The first thing we noticed was the amazing location, close to restaurants, shopping and transportation. We also enjoyed the free parking services that saved us money and time. The pool was relaxing and perfect for sunbathing.

The bed was uncomfortable, causing us to have a poor night's sleep. the noise from the street traffic and the elevators disturbed us, and we had to use earplugs to sleep.
